for Eye Surgery
Feeling a little
nervous about your surgery? These feelings are normal, especially
if you do not know what to expect. This web site will ease your
fears and give you important information about your eye surgery.

Pre-Admission
for Surgery
You will
need a pre-admission visit if you have had any change in your
medications and/or a change in your medical condition in the last
3 months. Also your doctor or the anesthesiologist may order other
tests that are essential for your surgery, such as an EKG or blood
test. All patients receiving general anesthesia must schedule a
pre-admission visit. Bring to pre-admission: Copies of health
records, medication list and dosage, allergy list, insurance
information and cards.
